I'm a native Southern Californian who migrated to Oregon (the best kept secret in the West) in the late 80s. I turned vegetarian at about the same time, no connection. My favorite time of year is summer, but a roaring fire and a Jane Austen movie is a close second. Anglophile that I am, my husband and I were married in London in the mid-80s.
Don’t get me started about family pets because I don’t know when to stop. Get to know me and I might share with you a jar of my Sauvie Island garlic dills. When I’m not sitting in my ergonomic computer chair, you’ll find me walking in the forest, lifting weights at the gym, swimming, tap dancing, or curling. Hint: it has nothing to do with hair.
Favorite spots include Hawaii and Astoria, Oregon. I love grammar, punctuation, and words. Misplaced apostrophes drive me bananas, and I never mind looking something up to make sure that it’s right.
That’s some of the personal stuff, below is the résumé.
