Is an intern right for your small business?

Have you thought about adding an intern to your small business? I’ve been on both sides of the intern equation, and there are definite benefits, but also some considerations to keep in mind.

Reasons to Bring On an Intern

  1. Moves you forward on a project
Do you have a project that you just can’t get to or can’t figure out? This is what got me started with an intern. I wanted to make new strides in my social media marketing, and had hit a couple of roadblocks.
